Shipping Options
Standard Post:
This option does not include tracking or insurance cover.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or replacements if the item is lost or damaged during transit as these issues are beyond my control.
Registered Post:
This is a more secure option with tracking.
It requires a signature upon delivery, so if you miss the delivery, please check with your local post office and pick up your package as soon as possible.
If your package is returned due to missed delivery, I can resend it, but please note, the cost of re-shipping will be at your expense.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-10 business days from the date of purchase.
Items are shipped via An Post (Ireland’s Postal Service).
Estimated Delivery Times
Ireland: 1-2 business days
I work to ship orders as quickly as possible, but postal delays are beyond my control. Consider both processing and shipping times when estimating the arrival of your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they have not been processed for shipping.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and size. Packaging materials are included in the postage fee.
Returns & Exchanges
I strive to ensure you're happy with your purchase, but I do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you have concerns about your order, please contact me, and I will do my best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Orders (Registered Post Only)
Standard Post: This option does not include tracking or insurance, so I am unable to help investigate lost or damaged items as these issues are beyond my control.
If your item was damaged or lost during transit under Registered Post, please contact me within 25 days from shipment notification so I can assist with investigating the issue.
If your items are lost in transit, contact me within 25 days from shipment notification so I can file a missing report with the postal provider. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure when placing your order to avoid any issues. Please get in touch with me via email: emily.luukouri@gmail.com.
If your items are damaged in transit by the postal provider, take immediate photographic evidence of any exterior and contents damage, then file a damage report with the postal service to seek compensation. While I am not responsible for transit damage, I will assist with the investigation. Please get in touch with me via email: emily.luukouri@gmail.com.
Refunds or replacements do not cover issues beyond my control such as incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, postal delays, or failure to contact me within 25 days from shipment notification.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to the postal provider.
